The short version
- Marlo helps a group of friends plan a trip inside Telegram. What you tell Marlo privately stays private: the group only ever sees totals, never who said what.
- Marlo keeps only what the trip needs, and deletes it 90 days after the trip ends.
- When the organiser books a hotel through Marlo, the booking is made with Nuitée (the company behind LiteAPI), which takes the payment. Your card statement will show "Nuitée". Card details are typed only on Nuitée's own secure payment form, never on Marlo's page.
- Changes and cancellations go through Marlo, not the hotel. If something goes wrong, tap Get help on the booking.

Marlo does not keep card numbers (they never reach Marlo), your contacts, or messages in your group chat that don't mention Marlo (Telegram doesn't show them to bots).
Services Marlo uses
- Telegram, to run the chat and the trip page.
- Nuitée / LiteAPI, to search and book hotels. When you pay through their form, Nuitée is the seller of record and takes the payment. Their terms apply to the booking: https://www.liteapi.travel/terms and https://nuitee.com/terms-and-conditions.
- Google Maps, for place ratings, photos and nearby suggestions, shown live with a link to Google Maps and not stored. Google's terms apply: https://policies.google.com/terms.
- Open-Meteo, for finding the destination on the map and for weather forecasts.
Photos
Unless a photo is credited, the photos on Marlo's website and on trip covers are made with AI. The places and people in them aren't real photographs, and nobody shown is a real person. A hotel or room you can book always shows its real photo from the booking service.
Bookings
- Only the organiser books, and only with their own tap. Marlo never books on anyone else's behalf.
- Prices come from the booking service at the moment you book; if a price changed since the group picked, Marlo tells you before you pay.
- Cancelling: through Marlo, before the free-cancellation date shown on the booking, for a refund under that rate's rules. Refunds go back to the card used, usually within 5–10 working days. Rates marked "can't be cancelled" are not refunded.
- Changes made directly with the hotel aren't honoured by the booking service, so ask Marlo.
- Problems at the hotel: tell the front desk first, then tap Get help within 10 days of check-out; Marlo takes it to the booking service, which usually answers in 5–20 working days.
- Each person's share is between the friends: Marlo works out who owes what, but money between friends is sent and confirmed by them, not by Marlo.
Your choices
- Leave a trip at any time; the organiser can remove people.
- Ask Marlo to delete your answers or your whole record: panpreeyakorn@gmail.com or Get help. The organiser can delete the trip.
- Marlo sends reminders only privately, and never between 22:00 and 08:00 in your time zone.
Kids
Anyone under 18 can join a trip only when a parent or guardian is on the same trip. Only adults can organise a trip or book. Marlo keeps no more about young people than about anyone else.
Changes to this page
If this page changes in a way that matters, Marlo will say so in the trip before it applies.
